Every Worn In Public item is custom-made to order. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, change of mind, or color preference. Each item is produced specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold. Check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost. To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • If multiple items are affected, a photo or video showing all items together may be required

The following are not considered defects and do not qualify for a replacement:

  • Print placement variations within 0.5 inches (DTG products)
  • Slight variations in embroidery stitch density
  • Temporary faint odor or pre-treatment residue on DTG products (washes out)
  • Size deviations of less than 1 inch from the size guide

To request a replacement, email info@worninpublic.com with your order number and photos.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package appears lost, first verify your shipping address was correct and check with your local post office. Then contact us within the following windows:

  • US & EU domestic orders: within 1 week after 30 calendar days from the estimated delivery date
  • International orders: within 1 week after 45 calendar days from the estimated delivery date

If a package was returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, reshipment can be arranged at your expense.

Refunds

Approved claims are fulfilled as a reprint of the original order. Cash refunds are only issued where a reprint is not possible, and are returned to your original payment method.
