Are your products good quality?

Yes. We use premium blanks and high-quality printing. Each product listing includes details on materials and fit.

Do your products run true to size?

Check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Sizing can vary slightly between styles.

Our Business Model

How are your products made?

Every item is custom-printed and fulfilled specifically for your order on a print-on-demand basis. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your item is made fresh, just for you.

Who prints and fulfills the orders?

We work with trusted production partners to fulfill orders on our behalf. All products are sold by and shipped from Worn In Public.

Why does shipping take longer than typical retail?

Each item is made to order, so there is a production period of 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Shipping & Handling

How long will my order take?

After production (2–5 business days), estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Contact us immediately at info@worninpublic.com. Once an order enters production we may not be able to make changes.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we will replace it at no cost.

What if my item is damaged or wrong?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@worninpublic.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Liability

What if my package is lost in transit?

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Are your graphics copyright-protected?

Yes. All Worn In Public designs are original and protected. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is not permitted.
